As Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, the Minutes Clerk attends all Board meetings, records the proceedings, and maintains minutes of each meeting. Our goal is the timely uploading of these minutes for public access.
Publishing Board Minutes
Upon the completion of each Board of County Commissioners meeting, our goal is to upload the audio immediately and shortly thereafter upload a draft of the written minutes. The written minutes are not in their final form until the Levy County Board of County Commissioners adopts them at a future meeting. Upon adoption, the final approved minutes will appear on our website.
Once you open the audio, you will be directed to Box.com. After that, you will need to click “Download” in the top right-hand corner. After you download the audio file, you will be able to listen using Windows Media Player. You also may stream it using Box.com.
